Who we are

KAYA Women’s Leadership Institute (KAYA WLI) is a Ghanaian non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and elevating women leaders and entrepreneurs. We foster inclusive spaces that nurture leadership potential, promote gender equity, and drive sustainable development across Ghana and beyond.

KAYA WLI was born out of a deeply personal journey. In 2016, our founder, Kosi Antwiwaa Yankey-Ayeh, while studying at the Harvard Kennedy School, participated in two transformative programs—the Center for Public Leadership (CPL) and the "From Harvard Square to the Oval Office" initiative under the Women and Public Policy Program.

Our Flagship Programmes

Our Flagship Programmes extend KAYA’s impact beyond training—fostering lifelong learning, collaboration, and scalable change across Africa.
