The KAYA Women’s EmpowerHer Summit, held on March 28th, 2024, at the University of Ghana’s Law School Auditorium, served as the official launch of the KAYA Women’s Leadership Institute and brought together powerful female voices including Laurette Korkor Asante, Esq.- Member of Parliament for Atiwa West, Francesca Brenda Opoku- CEO of Beauty Secrets, and Kosi Yankey-Ayeh- CEO and Founder of KAYA Women’s Leadership Institute. With the goal of inspiring the youth, especially young women, to pursue leadership and entrepreneurship, the summit featured a keynote address by Mrs. Yankey-Ayeh on inclusion and representation, a vibrant panel discussion on confidence, self-advocacy, and navigating male-dominated spaces, and a hands-on soapmaking session.
