The KAYA Women’s Leadership Institute is proud to launch KosiCares 2025 – She Rise, a targeted empowerment outreach programme under the theme She Rise. This initiative marks the flagship rollout of the SheSeries Initiative, a broader empowerment agenda designed to nurture the leadership potential and personal agency of young women across Ghana. She Rise focuses on equipping female students in second-cycle and tertiary institutions with the mindset, mentorship, and skillsets they need to rise confidently into their future. The programme aims to inspire participants to dream beyond limitations, clarify their academic and career goals, and embrace values-driven leadership. The outreach will begin in the Greater Accra Region, with plans to scale across the country, laying a foundation for a new generation of empowered, purpose-driven women leaders.
